Clinic Information Location: Our office is located on the sixth floor of the Colonnades Building next to Baptist Hospital. Free parking is available with shuttle service provided by security. There is also a covered drop-off and pick-up area. The Colonnades Building is connected to Baptist Hospital by an enclosed walk way. Hours: Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Health Plan Participation: We Participate with all major health plans.
